4. Maintain Your Focus: As you gaze at the object, you might notice your mind wandering. When this happens, gently bring your focus back to the object without judgment.

5. Closed-Eye Phase: After 10-15 minutes of gazing, close your eyes. You may still see an afterimage of the object. Direct your attention to this afterimage at the point between your eyebrows, often referred to as the “third eye.” This inner gaze helps enhance intuition and insight.

6. Meditative State: Sit in this meditative state for as long as you’re comfortable, reflecting on the experience.

7. Closure: When you’re ready to conclude the practice, gently open your eyes and return your focus to the external world.
